CARDIOVASCULAR MISSION SYMPOSIUM 2021 NOTIFICATION

This is to inform you of the upcoming cardiovascular mission symposium at Babcock’s Tristate Cardiovascular Center. It will take place between May 31st and June 6th, 2021.
This annual event aims to provide highly subsidized interventional cardiovascular care to indigenous patients with cardiovascular disease.
The symposium is organized by Tristate Healthcare System in partnership with diaspora specialist cardiologists to jointly treat patients with cardiovascular disease who otherwise unable to afford the needed services, as well as train local health staff, thereby enhancing cardiac service delivery.
This year, there are approximately 65 patients with heart diseases on the list, including Ischemic Heart Disease, PDA, Acyanotic Congenital Heart Disease, Peripheral Arterial Disease, and so on.
Cardiovascular disease patients in need of intervention can be evaluated at either of our centers in Lagos, Oyo, or Ogun states
